Capitol School of Performing Arts Team

The Capitol School of Performing Arts is southeastern New Brunswick's only year-round theatre training school. It is offered by theatre professionals in both English and French, for students of all ages. Weekly classes are held in two semesters from September to May, and there is an intensive 2-eek youth drama camp in August.

Creative partnerships have been forged by the school with New Burnswick's vibrant professional arts community and training institutions.

Seen as a priority by the Capitol Theatre and its Board of Directors, support for this school has been generously offered by School Districts 1 and 2, the municipalities of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview, our corporate sponsors and friends. As a result, a bursary program has been established to accommodate those students with a special interest and limited financial means.
